1. Eligibility for Refunds

You may be eligible for a refund if your order meets one of the following conditions:
  • The product is defective or damaged upon arrival.
  • The product received is significantly different from the description or sample.
  • The product has not been personalized or customized.
  • The sample cards order / orders are non-refundable but adjustable. If you do not make the bulk order later, the sample order cost will not be refunded. If you make two or more sample orders, then only one sample order cost would be adjusted at the time of bulk.

2. Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for a refund:
  • Customized or personalized wedding cards.
  • Digital products that have been downloaded.
  • Items purchased on sale or with a discount code.

3. Refund Request Process

To request a refund, please follow these steps:
  • Contact our client advisor team within 14 days of receiving your order at [email protected] with your order number and reason for the refund request.
  • If your request is due to a defective or damaged product, please include clear photographs of the issue.
  • Our client advisor team will review your request and respond within 2 business days.

4. Refund Approval and Processing

If your refund request is approved:
  • You will receive an email confirmation with instructions on how to return the product (if applicable).
  • Once we receive the returned product and verify its condition, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.

5. Return Shipping

If the refund is due to a defect or error on our part, we will cover the return shipping costs. For other reasons, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

6. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund within the stated processing time:

  • Contact your bank or credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
